Corpus Bharti Verma was produced before the Court today by Radhakishan, S.I., Police Station Purani Tonk, District Tonk. Registrar (Judicial) of this Court was directed to record the statement of the corpus.

Shailendra Mehra for last 12 years. They were classmates in the school. Since then they wanted to marry each other but their parents were not agreeable to their marriage. They contracted marriage on 27.11.2017. Thereafter, she went to her parents. Till then, her parents were not knowing about her marriage with Shailendra Mehra. She tried to persuade her parents for their marriage, but they did not agree. In these circumstances, she left her parents home on 25.02.2019 without informing her parents and went to her husband Shailendra Mehra. Now, they both are living together happily. She wants to stay with Shailendra Mehra. Her family members have lodged false report about her disappearance.

Having regard to the aforesaid statement of Bharti Verma, we direct Radhakishan, S.I., Police Station Purani Tonk, District Tonk, who is present in the Court to provide security to both of them i.e. Bharti Verma and Shailendra Mehra and take them safely to the place where they want to go. The police is also refrained from taking any action against them into F.I.R. lodged by the parents of Bharti Verma.

With the aforesaid directions, habeas corpus petition stands dismissed.
