Petitioner has filed this writ petition by way of public interest litigation praying for a direction to the private respondent to immediately stop running of poultry/hatcheries/layer farm in village Oreeka, Panchayat Samiti Surajgarh, District Jhunjhunu.
Grievance of the petitioner is that private respondent no.7 Vijay Singh is running a poultry/hatcheries/layer farm without adhering to requirement of law and concerned guidelines.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material on record, we do not see any good reason to entertain this petition as public interest litigation directly before the High Court. If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to running of poultry/hatcheries/layer farm by private respondent no.7 without adhering to requirement of law and concerned guidelines, he can approach the District Collector, Jhunjhunu, by way of representation, who shall examine the same and do the needful in accordance with law.
With that liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
