Corpus Shimla was produced before the Court today by Niyaz Mohd., S.I. P.S. Nagar Fort, District Tonk. Registrar (Judicial) of this Court was directed to record the statement of the corpus.
Statement of the corpus Shimla has been recorded by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Shimla is major and she in her statement has stated that her marriage was solemnized with

Harkesh one year ago. She knew Suresh for last one year. One day, when her parents were not at home, she had gone to jungle to collect the fuel. Suresh forcibly took her in a vehicle and closed her in a room. He tried to ravish her forcibly. Her jewellery is with Suresh and he may be required to returned the same to her. She wants to stay with her parents.
In view of statement of the corpus, present habeas corpus petition is dismissed. Mr. Niyaz Mohd., S.I., Police Station Nagar Fort, Tonk who is present in the Court is directed to make an enquiry and if any jewellery of the corpus is found available with Suresh, then recover the same from him, so as to return the same to the corpus.
