(A) the impugned order dated 08.05.2012 (Ann.5) may kindly be declared arbitrary, illegal, unjust and same may kindly be quashed and set aside.
(B) the allotment of fair price shop in favour of the respondent no. 6 may kindly be ordered to be cancelled and

Since it is the uniform policy decision adopted all over the State of Rajasthan and was for general upliftment and development of the women and since the policy as well as the allotment order are not under challenge, therefore, no interference is called for by this Court.
