At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the elected members of Gram Panchayat Chandesara did not

turn up to participate in No Confidence Motion, and hence, the same has lapsed.
In light of such submission, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, it is made clear that if any, exercise has to be conducted in future, the same shall be done, strictly in accordance with law. Stay petition No.3785/2019 also stands dismissed accordingly.
