After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Sawai Madhopur.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, if the applicant surrenders before the concerned Court i.e. Additional Sessions Judge, Sawai Madhopur and file any fresh bail application, it is expected from the Court below to decide the said bail application preferably on the same day in accordance with law.
