Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 165/2012 registered at Police Station Phagi, District Jaipur for offences under Section 458, 450, 395, 307, 302, 396, 323, 325, 326 and 120B of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Heard.
Earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 12.5.2016 on the ground that the petitioner was involved in six other criminal cases and had been convicted and sentenced in two cases. Hence, no ground for grant of bail to the petitioner is made out.
Dismissed.
However, keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 3.8.2012, trial court is directed to dispose of the

trial expeditiously preferably by taking up the same on day to day basis.
