Heard learned Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the judgment impugned.
This Court is of the opinion that there are valid and substantial grounds for grant of leave for filing an appeal against the acquittal of the respondents vide impugned judgment.
Accordingly, the application for grant of leave to appeal is allowed. The memo of leave to appeal be treated as an appeal and it be registered as such.
Admit. Record of the case has already been received.
Accordingly the respondent No.2 is directed to mark his presence before the Registrar (Judl.) on or before 09.12.2019 and furnish bail bonds in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar(Judl.), Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur.
