The instant criminal appeal has been filed by the appellant against the order dated 28.08.2019 passed by the learned Judge, Special Court, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities), Jodhpur in Criminal Misc. Bail No.240/2019 (Sessions Case No.27/2015) by which the learned Judge has rejected the application filed by the appellant for the offences under Sections 342, 365, 376, 506 IPC and Section 3(1)(10) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
