Mr. Vikas Choudhary, learned counsel appearing for the respondents – contemnors informs that the due compliance of the order dated 04.06.2015 has been made. The compliance report to this effect has already been filed by the respondents – contemnors.
Mr. Jain, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid statement made by Mr. Vikas Choudhary.
In view of the aforesaid and in view of the unconditional apology tendered by the respondents – contemnors, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the present contempt petition, for which the notices of contempt are hereby discharged.
The contempt petition stands disposed of for statistical purposes.
