Mr. Sunil Bishnoi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 29.6.2018 (Annex.3) the petitioner was transferred from Government Higher Secondary School, Chundiya, Riyabadi, Nagaur to Government Higher Secondary School, Indawar, Merta City. It is also submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, the petitioner was relieved on 9.7.2018 from Government Higher Secondary School, Chundiya, Riyabadi,

Nagaur, however, in the meanwhile, the petitioner was retransferred vide order dated 23.7.2018 from Government Higher Secondary School, Chundiya, Riyabadi, Nagaur to Government Higher Secondary School, Banwarla, Mandore.

The predicament of the petitioner is that the respondents are not permitting him to join at any of the place of transfer.

The grievance of the petitioner appears to be genuine. In the facts of the present case, it is deemed expedient and hence, the respondents are directed to permit the petitioner to join at Government Higher Secondary School, Banwarla, Mandore as per the order dated 23.7.2018 ; on or before 19.11.2018.

The writ petition is disposed of with above direction.
