Mr. Kotwani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order, contempt whereof has been alleged, has been complied with, for which he does not want to prosecute the present contempt petition.
In view of the statement so made, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the instant contempt petition. The notices are, therefore, discharged.
