Mr. Rajpurohit, learned counsel appearing for the respondents asserts that due compliance of the order dated 04.08.2015 has been made and the petitioners’ water supply has been resurrected. A specific assertion to this effect has also been made in para 6 of the reply to the contempt petition filed by the respondents.
In view of the above and in view of the unconditional apology tendered by the respondents – contemnors, the notices issued to the respondents – contemnors are hereby discharged.
The present contempt petition stands disposed of for statistical purposes.
