Mr. Mrigraj Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents – contemnors informs that the compliance of the orders dated 28.08.2015 and 04.09.2015 has already been made, vide order dated 27.02.2018.
In view of the aforesaid and in light of the unconditional apology tendered by the respondents – contemnors, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt petition.
Notices of contempt are hereby discharged.
