Mr. Kaluram Bhati, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that requisite compliance of the order dated 18.12.2017 has been made.
The respondents have submitted a reply enclosing a copy of such order dated 16.07.2018.
In view of the aforesaid and in light of the unconditional apology tendered by the respondents – contemnors, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt petition.
