Mr. Kalu Ram Bhati, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that requisite compliance of the order dated 27.03.2017 has been made. The respondents have submitted the reply enclosing therewith a copy of said order dated 21.04.2017.
In view of the aforesaid and in light of the unconditional apology tendered by the respondents – contemnors, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt petition.
Notices of contempt are hereby discharged.
The contempt petition stands disposed of for statistical purposes.
