Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that due compliance of the order dated 06.02.2012 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.801/2009 has been made by the respondents.
In view of the above and in view of the unconditional apology tendered in the reply, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the present contempt petition.
Notices are hereby discharged and the contempt petition is disposed of for statistical purposes.
