Mr. Vikas Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due compliance of the order dated 28.07.2017 passed by this Court has been made.
In support of his stand, copy of the order dated 10.4.2018 has been filed alongwith reply to the contempt petition.
In view of the above and looking to the unconditional apology tendered by the respondents-contemnors, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt petition.
