Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that due compliance of the order dated 12.02.2007 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.417/2006 has been made. A reply to this effect has also been filed.
In view of the aforesaid and looking to the unconditional apology tendered by the respondents, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the present contempt petition.
