Mr. Vikas Choudhary, learned counsel appearing for the respondents – contemnors informs that pursuant to the directions issued vide order dated 20.12.2017, petitioner’s representation has been considered and rejected by the Competent Authority on 28.02.2018.
In view of the aforesaid and in view of the unconditional apology tendered by the respondents - contemnors, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the present contempt petition, for which the notices of contempt are hereby discharged.
The contempt petition stands disposed of for statistical purposes.
