Learned counsel appearing for the respondents informs that the order dated 12.03.2018, non-compliance whereof has been alleged, has already been stayed by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.09.2018 passed in D.B.S.A.W No. 1487 / 2018. A photocopy whereof has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner and produced for perusal of the Court. The same is taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt petition.
