We are not narrating the reasons for imposition of cost and acceptance of it by learned counsel for the petitioner, however, taking a liberal view, this habeas corpus petition is allowed to be withdrawn on the cost of Rs.3000/-. The cost would be deposited with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority

within a period of two weeks from today with receipt thereof to the Registrar (Judicial). In case, the compliance of this order is not made, the Registrar (Judicial) would report to this Court.
