Petitioner has instituted the instant writ application praying

for the following reliefs:

“i) further pleased to direct the respondent No. 1 to 6 to take serious and prompt action for removal of encroachments on the public way situated at land Khasra No. 179 at Village Rasoolpur, Tehsil Ramgarh Shekhawati, District Sikar; and

ii) to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action for removal of encroachment/obstruction on the public way at Khasra No. 179 at Village Rasoolpur, Tehsil Ramgarh Shekhawati, Dist. Sikar forthwith without any delay; and iii) to direct the respondents to lodge criminal case against the encroachers; and

iv) further pleased to direct the Authorities to take action against the delinquent/faulty officers who have failed to discharge their duties>”

Learned counsel for the petitioner urged that for the present, the petitioner would be satisfied, if the State-respondents are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a time frame with reference to the relief prayed for as extracted hereinabove.

In view of the limited prayer addressed; the instant writ proceedings are closed with a direction to the petitioner to address a comprehensive representation to the respondents within two weeks hereinafter.

In case, a representation is so addressed within the aforesaid period, the State-respondents are directed to consider and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law; preferably, within six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation along with a certified copy of this order.

With the observations and directions, as indicated above, the writ as well as stay application stand disposed off.
