An interim order was made on 6th July, 2018, to allow the petitioner to participate in the counseling for PTET-2018. It is informed that in an intra-court appeal (D. B. Special Appeal Writ No. 826/2018) University of Rajasthan, Jaipur Vs. Shri Krishna Public School Shikshan Sansthan, Dausa and Anr. , vide order dated 19th September, 2018, while requesting the Single Judge to decide the writ application the necessity of nature of relief did not warrant for any interim order for either the writ application was to be allowed or dismissed.
None is put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
It is informed by the counsel for the respondent-University that third counseling, in the process, involved herein, was concluded on 14th August, 2018, at 4 O’clock. Hence, the writ application has become infructuous.

It appears that in view of the subsequent events so also in the face of the fact that the petitioner did not submit any application form for affiliation as stated by counsel for the resopndent-University; the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.
Accordingly, writ proceedings stand closed.
