Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was successful in counseling consequent upon successful participated in the PTET-2018, conducted by respondentUniversity (Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer). Further, she was also allotted College as per her option form i.e. Indra Gandhi Bal Niketan TT College, Ardawata, Jhunjhunu. However, petitioner was declined admission to the College for she was declared supplementary having secured only 28 marks in Chemistry.

Be that as it may, on a re-evaluation the marks of the petitioner totalled to 41 marks, and accordingly, she was declared ‘pass’, as would be evident from result dated 23rd September, 2018; yet she has been declined admission.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and on a scrutiny of the materials available on record, more particularly, result of the petitioner of B.Sc. Part-III Examination-2018 (reevaluation); for the present, the petitioner is required to report at the allotted College enclosing the necessary documents required.
In case, the petitioner reported in the allotted College; the College i.e. Indra Gandhi Bal Niketan TT College, Ardawata, Jhunjhunu, would allow her admission, if she has been declared successful in her B.Sc. Graduation Course as stated on the basis of materials available on record. Devoid of claim of the petitioner shall be for reasons recorded and communicated to her. If still aggrieved, she may avail of remedy in accordance with law, if so advised.
With the observations and directions, as indicated above, the writ application stands disposed off.
