Counsel for the petitioner – institute could not dispute the fact that the Programme for All India Trade Test of Craftsmen under Craftsmen Training Scheme (Semester System and Conventional) for Engineering and Non Engineering Trades was to be held as per the Schedule in the month of July, 2018.
The practical examination commenced with effect from 24th July, 2018, and concluded on 16th August, 2018, as has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the State-respondents,

producing a copy of the Programme for All India Trade Test for the academic session involved herein. Further, the Programme was also uploaded on the website of dget.nic.in and News & Updates of NCVT-MIS Portal.
From the record, it is also reflected that the writ application was instituted by the petitioner – institute on 8th August, 2018, and interim order was made on 10th August, 2018.
In the face of the fact that students of the petitioner – institute did not participate in the practical examination; no further direction can be made in the instant writ application. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
However, it will be open for the petitioner – institute to avail of the remedy, in accordance with law before the respondents with reference to claim of an opportunity by way of supplementary examination for its students.
No costs.
