Although the reasons detailed out in the memo of application for restoration are not very convincing; however, for the litigant may not suffer owing to lapses on the part of counsel / his clerk; restoration application is granted subject to payment of cost of Rs. 1,000/- (Rs. One thousand), to be deposited with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur, within two weeks hereinafter.

In the result, restoration application is allowed. Writ application is restored to its original number. Further, it is made clear that the petitioner would do the needful, within two weeks including deposit of cost. Failure to do so, would entail withdrawal of this order without further reference to the Court, with consequences to follow.
