It is submitted by learned counsel that in the counseling held under Rule 6D of the Rajasthan Education Subordinate Service Rules, 1971 respondents have not disclosed certain vacant postings where he is posted. It is also submitted by learned counsel that despite the post lying vacant at Govt. Primary School, Uperda, Block Bhadesar, he is being asked to join at Govt. Senior Secondary School, Sangariya, Block Badi Sadri. It is also submitted by learned counsel that petitioner wants to ventilate his grievance before competent authority by way of submitting a representation.

In case any representation is submitted by petitioner then respondents may consider the same for passing appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law. If any representation accompanied by this order is submitted by the petitioner, same may be decided within a period of fortnight from the date of its presentation.

It is clarified that joining of the petitioner pursuant to impugned transfer order would not adversely effect his rights.
