By the instant writ petition, petitioner, a Lower Division Clerk, working in the office of District Education Officer (Elementary Education), Jodhpur has challenged transfer order dated 29.06.2018 passed by third respondent, whereby he is transferred from the office of District Education Officer, Elementary Education, Jodhpur to Government Senior Secondary School, Kankani.
While abandoning challenge to the transfer order, it is prayed by learned counsel that petitioner may be permitted to submit representation before competent authority for redressal of his grievances.

In view thereof, without interfering with the transfer order, the writ petition is disposed of granting limited indulgence to the petitioner to submit appropriate representation before competent authority for redressal of his grievances.
