By this application, the +petitioner seeks correction in the order dated 16.04.2018 passed in S.B. Criminal Writs No. 101/2018.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 16.04.2018, due to typographical error, the date of examination in para NO. has been typed as "20.04.2017 to 10.05.2017" instead of "20.04.2018 to 10.05.2018" and the release date in para No.3 has been typed as "19.04.2018 to
12.05.2017" instead of "19.04.2018 to 12.05.2018" and the surrender date in para No.4 has been typed as "12.05.2017" instead of 1112.05.2018~.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court feels that due to inadvertence, the aforementioned mistake has occurred. Hence, the same is rectified an,d it is ordered that in f the order dated 16.04.2018 passed in S.B. Criminal Writs No.101/2018, in para No.1 in place of "20.04.2017 to 10.05.2017"; "20.04.2018 to 10.05.2018" may be read as date of examination, in para No.3 in place of "19.04.2018 to 12.05.2017f; 1119.04.2018 to 12.05.2018" may be read as date of releasing and in para No.4 in place of "12.05.2017"", "12.05.2018" may be read as date of surrender.
The application stands disposed of.
