These criminal misc. petitions have been filed by the petitioners with a prayer for quashing the FIR No.409/2017 of Police Station Amba Mata, District Udaipur qua them.

After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press this criminal misc. petition, however, seeks liberty for the petitioners to move appropriate representation before the Investigating Officer.
In view of the above submissions, these criminal misc. petitions are dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as prayed for. It is expected that if any such representation is made by the petitioners, the Investigating Officer shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law.
Stay petitions also stand dismissed.
