This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for quashing the FIR No.0038/2018 dated 11.02.2018 of Police Station Udaimandir, District Jodhpur City East.
Learned Public Prosecutor has produced the factual report dated 20.04.2018 and submitted that after thorough investigation into the allegations levelled in the impugned FIR, the police have proposed to file negative final report with the conclusion that no offence is made out against the petitioner.
