These criminal misc. petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C. have been filed on behalf of the petitioner being aggrieved with the order dated 10.11.2016 passed by the Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Gharsana, Distt. Sri Ganganagar (for short ‘the trial court’) in FR Nos.142/2014 and 143/2014 respectively,

whereby, the trial court directed the police authorities to conduct further investigation into the allegations levelled in the FIR Nos.153/2014 and 154/2014 of Police Station Rawla, Distt. Sri Ganganagar.

Learned Public Prosecutor has informed this Court that pursuant to the directions given by the trial court vide orders dated 10.11.2016, the police have already conducted further investigation into the matter and are going to file conclusions before the said court very soon.

In view of the fact that pursuant to the directions given by the trial court, the investigation has already been concluded, I am not inclined to interfere in these criminal misc. petitions.

Hence, these criminal misc. petitions are dismissed. Stay petitions are also dismissed.
