Instant petition has been preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to assail the order dated 16.06.2015 passed by the Family Court, Bharatpur, whereby Rs.3500/- per month was awarded as interim maintenance in favour of the respondent No.2/aggrieved-wife.
On 12.05.2017 none was present on behalf of the petitioner
and the Coordinate Bench had passed the following order :-
“None appears for the petitioner.
Office is directed to telephonically ascertain the status of the case and place the same before the Court on 26.05.2017.”
In pursuance of the said order, Judge, Family Court,
Bharatpur has submitted a report that the petition filed by the respondent No.2/ aggrieved-wife under Section 125 Cr.P.C. was decided ex-parte on 16.06.2015. The final order passed by the Family Court, Bharatpur is not subject matter of the present petition.

Hence, because of continuous default on the part of the petitioner on 12.05.2017 and today also, the present petition is dismissed for default. ]
