Mr. Anil Agarwal, counsel for the petitioner has contended that a wrong statement was made on 02.05.2018 as in the connected case, different F.I.R. was quashed. Counsel has further contended that the above said error has occurred due to bonafide mistake on the part of the Counsel.
Accepting the bonafide mistake on the part of the Counsel, the order dated 02.05.2018 is recalled. S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.4235/2013 is restored to its original number.
