The present petition has been filed by the complainant under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying that a direction be issued to the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gangapurcity, Sawai Madhopur to expeditiously conclude the trial arising out of Criminal Case No. 278/2016.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the FIR in the present case bearing No. 525/2010 was registered in the year 2010 at Police Station Gangapurcity, Sawai Madhopur. Investigating agency had filed the charge-sheet on 28.4.2015 and thereafter, the court took cognizance of offences on 29.8.2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that till today, consideration of charges has not been taken place.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of by issuing a direction to the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gangapurcity, Sawai

Madhopur, to conclude the consideration of charges within one month from the next date fixed before the said court.
