Shri Dilip Singh Kurka counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since during the pendency of the present petition seeking quashing of FCR, charge-sheet has been filed in the trial court, the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all arguments available to him before the trial court at appropriate stage.
As prayed, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
