This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has
been filed by the petitioners with a prayer for quashing of FIR No. 81/2017 of Police Station Dhanmandi District Udaipur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 506 and 120-B of IPC.
After attempting to argue the matter for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this criminal misc. petition with liberty to move appropriate representation before the Investigating Officer along

with the documents pertaining to the subsequent complaint filed by the complainant.
Learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the respondent No.2 have no objection if such liberty is granted.
