These criminal misc. petitions are filed on behalf of the petitioners with a prayer for quashing of FIR No.79/2017 of Police Station Marwar Junction, District Pali for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 120-B IPC qua the petitioners.
After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press these criminal misc. petitions, however, seeks liberty for the petitioners to move appropriate representation before the Investigating Officer. It is also prayed that police authorities my be directed to consider the said representation objectively.
Hence, these criminal misc. petitions are dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as prayed for.
If any such representation is filed on behalf of the petitioners it is expected that the Investigating Officer shall consider the same objectively and strictly in accordance with law.
Consequently, the application No.993/2017 is disposed of.
Stay petitions also stand dismissed.
