Vide this criminal misc. petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing direction for constitution of a medical board for the purpose of examination of his injuries alleged to have been caused by the police personnel after his arrest on 30.4.2018 in relation to a criminal case.
Having gone through the letter written on behalf of the petitioner, this Court does not find any case for interference in this criminal misc. petition, however, the petitioner is free to approach the concerned court for the purpose of constitution of a medical board for examination of his alleged injuries.
With the above observation, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed.
