This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioners with a prayer for quashing of FIR No.128/2016 of Police Station Degana, District Nagaur.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report wherein, it is mentioned that the police after thorough investigation have filed charge-sheet against the petitioner Nos.1 and 2, however, the police have not found any case against the petitioner Nos.3 to 6.

In view of the fact that the police have already concluded investigation into the allegations levelled in the impugned FIR No.128/2016 of Police Station Degana, Distt. Nagaur, I am not inclined to interfere in this criminal misc. petition.
