This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioner with a prayer for quashing of FIR No.0046/2018 of Police Station Balotra, Distt. Barmer.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report wherein, it is mentioned that the police after thorough investigation into the above referred FIR has already filed a negative final report in the court concerned on 29.6.2018.
In view of the fact that the police has already filed a negative final report in the matter, no further order is required to be passed by this Court.
