Dhirendra Singh Vs State and Anr.

This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for quashing of FIR No. 64/2018 of Police Station Sanderao District Pali for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 143, 147, 148, 149 and 379 IPC.

After attempting to argue the matter for quite some time on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this criminal misc. petition, however, seeks liberty for the petitioner to move appropriate representation before the Superintendent of Police, Pali for the directing the Investigating Officer to conduct fair and impartial investigation into the impugned FIR.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as not pressed,

however, the petitioner will be at liberty to move appropriate representation before the Superintendent of Police, Pali within a period of ten days.

On receiving such representation from the petitioner, the Superintendent of Police, Pali shall consider the same objectively and thereafter to pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law.
