This criminal misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer for quashing of FIR No. 33/06.02.2018 of Police Station Siriyari, District Pali for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 471, 193, 219 & 120-B of IPC.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report, wherein it is mentioned that the police after thorough investigation have found that the dispute between the petitioners and complainant is purely of civil nature and, therefore, the police

have proposed to file negative final report in the concerned court.
In view of the above, the police have proposed to file negative final report in the matter, no further order is required to be passed in this criminal misc. petition, the same is, therefore, dismissed.
