This criminal misc. petition is registered on the basis of a letter written by the Addl. Distt. & Sessions Judge No.1, Sri Ganganagar (for short ‘the revisional court’) dated 25.5.2018 wherein, it is requested that the time for deciding the Criminal Revision Petition No.96/2016 (122/2016) – Dr. T.S. Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr. may be further extended.
It appears that this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition Nos.3742/2016 and 496/2017 decided on 5.7.2017 has directed the revisional court to decide the above referred revision petition expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.
For the reasons mentioned in the letter dated 25.5.2018, the Addl. Distt. & Sessions Judge No.1, Sri Ganganagar is granted six months’ further time to decide the criminal revision petition
