This criminal misc. petition is registered on the basis of a letter written by the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barmer (for short ‘the trial court’) dated 5.6.2018 wherein, it is requested that the time for deciding the Criminal Misc. Case No.706/12 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. may be further extended.
It appears that this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.1463/2017 has directed the trial court to decide the proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. initiated at the instance of Kamla wife of Himmata Ram within a period of six months.
