Heard learned counsel for the petitioner on the application for recalling the order dated 04.12.2017 whereby the revision petition was dismissed for want of prosecution.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The order dated 04.12.2017 is recalled subject to the condition that an amount of Rs.1,000/- will be deposited by the petitioner in the office of Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur within a period of two weeks from today. On payment to the aforesaid amount the revision petition shall be restored to its original number.
List after three weeks.
