Dr. Saugath Roy, counsel for the petitioner very fairly
submitted that in view of the JDA’s order dated 26.4.2018, compliance with the order dated 14.2.2017 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 4920/2010 appears to have been made. Therefore, contempt petition has been rendered infructuous. However, he seeks liberty to challenge the JDA’s order dated 26.4.2018 by
each of the petitioner in individual capacity.
In view of above, this contempt petition is dismissed as
infructuous with liberty, as prayed for.
