The matter comes up on a miscellaneous application number 220/2018, with a prayer for correction in the details of the respondent number 3 and 4 in the cause title, which has been crept in on account of typographical error.
For the reasons detailed out in the memo of the application and upon hearing the counsel for the applicant – petitioner; prayer is granted subject to cost of payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees : Two Thousands only), which may be deposited before the Rajasthan Legal Services Authorities, Jaipur.
Amended cause title annexed with the application with correct details shall be taken on record and be arranged at the appropriate place of the record of the case file.
But for the correction, as indicated above, rest of the order dated 27th April, 2018, shall be maintained as such.
