Mr. Vimal Kumar Jain, counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms. Neetu Purohit appearing for the respondents submitted that the underlying suit for specific performance in which the interlocutory order under challenge has been passed has since been compromised. And hence this petition be disposed of as infructuous. They have passed on a certified copy of the compromise dated 2.5.2018 entered between the parties to this Court. That is taken on record.
